From Roger Hill:
We are really pleased to confirm that our new part time administrator started work today - 24 March 2025
Kelsey will be working with us for about 20 hours per week, initially helping Rob McKendrick (Marketing & Comms), Sandra Hardie (Membership), Ian Frew (Clubhouse) and Roger Hill with some of their most time consuming tasks
For a start, all of our notice boards are going to have a proper audit and update!
We will have single person responsible for a lot of the inbound email traffic and calls and managing the club calendar
In the very near future, Kelsey's role will extend to include a raft of Clubspark activity - membership renewals, tennis court utilisation/booking, padel court controls etc and to documenting how things work round here and offering thoughts on how we can better run things!
Kelsey will mix working from home in South Heath and being on site at the club - she will be on site most Friday mornings for example.
This is a big move for GMLTC, one we are confident will improve the way our club functions and make it easier for members to volunteer going forward.
Welcome Kelsey
From Kelsey:
Hello Everyone,
My name is Kelsey and I’m excited to join the team at GMLTC as Club Administrator.
My background is in personal assistance and administration, where I've worked across a variety of businesses including property, legal and retail. I’m looking forward to contributing to a smooth and efficient operation at the club.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about running and enjoy staying active while setting new fitness goals. I have two children at Great Missenden School and an overly energetic Cocker Spaniel!
I’m excited to be a part of this great community.
