Hector's House - Charity of the Year
We are so excited to have chosen our first ever charity of the year. We will be supporting the wonderful Hector's House, a local charity which has the aim of preventing suicide. GMLTC and Hector's House believe that eating well, exercising and spending time with others improves physical and mental health. You'll see more from us both throughout the year as our members raise money and awareness for this fantastic charity.
